Let us remind that the bailout strategy in Poland will cover 3 types of packages. Depending on this, the deposit will be:
50 cents for plastic bottles up to 3 litres,
50 cents for metallic cans of a capacity up to a litre,
gold for reusable glass bottles with a capacity of up to 1.5 litres.
So far only the first 2 types have appeared in sales. From 1 January, the shelves will besides be filled with return glass bottles. In addition, the MKiŚ announced fresh year's inspections of shops which are required to join the system. These are shops with an area of over 200 sqm and little than 200 sqm, if they sale drinks in reusable glass bottles. Packing points will should be held in these places. In the case of another shops, joining the strategy is voluntary. In addition, the deposit machines will be available to customers outside the buying malls.
