Polish young business in just 1.5 hours raised nearly 28 million for children from children's homes, street children from Ghana and children from Ukraine

Thanks to the fact that they doubled this amount, their auction will become past with the consequence of over PLN 28 million. However, it was crucial to announce the Top Charity 2023 lottery at Siepomaga.pl

"28 372,000 PLN – specified a staggering sum was collected during the large Charitative Auction 2023, organized by Omena Mensah and Rafał Przoska and Corporate Connections. This amount will increase further as donations from private donors proceed to flow, and an online auction will end on 6 June, which will rise this result."

Great Charity Auction

Omana Mensah previously known from TVN, and now mainly from charitable activities and Rafał Brzoska, previously associated mainly as the founder of InPost and 1 of the fewer Polish businessmen invited as an expert to the BBC or CNN surprise all sides of the political puzzle. On the 1 hand, they do not avoid at their charity events from controversial people specified as Barbara Kursk-Satan, who insulted Polish soldiers and later withdrew from her – speaking lightly – unthought-out speeches, and on the another they meet with president Andrzej Duda both in Poland and abroad, which shows their position in the planet of Polish politics and business – a statute that can be described as "being above".

Returning to the last action of Brzoski and Mensah, according to authoritative information, the 2nd edition of the large Charitative Auction turned out to be a jackpot. The muds of the Palace in Wilanów moved visitors to the time of Louis XV or XVI, literally. In theory, the subject was to be the Italian Baroque, although the associations of costumes presented at the ball resembled the French court fashion during the 17th century.

First league names...

Representatives of the biggest Polish businesses, art collectors, excellent artists and personalities of Polish show-business appeared here. Among the guests there were: Małgorzata Rozenek-Majdan and Radosław Majdan, Ewa Chodakowskia and Lefteris Kavoukis, Edyta and Cezary Clawów, Małgorzata Kożuchowska, Małgorzata Foremniak, Barbara Kurj-Satan and Rafał Zawierucha and Beata Wiśnicki-Zawierucha. Anita Lipnicka and Mark Gray, Katarzyna Zielińska and Wojciech Domański, Łukasz Jemioł, Patricia Kazadi, Sandra Kubicka, Gosia Baczyńska, Katarzyna Zdanowicz and Magdalena Pieczonka besides appeared at the gala. The gala was hosted by Anna Kalczyńska and Mateusz Hładki, and the auction was hosted by Dorota Wellman, Jacek Piotrowski from the Polswiss Art Auction home and Bartek Jędrzejak.

The item of the evening was the auction of exceptional works of art and attractions from the large Emotion category.

“The most costly work sold during the large Charitative Auction was the Iron Maiden sculpture of Croatian artist Nikola Vudrag, for which the buyer paid a staggering amount of PLN 3 200,000! In turn, the hits among the large Emotions proved to be: Metamorphosis Week with Ewa Chodakowska, for which donors paid as much as PLN 2,000,000 (1,600,000 on the day of auction and PLN 400,000 after auction) and invitation from Omena Mensah and Rafał Brzoski for dinner and live cooking at the Palace in Wilanów, sold for PLN 1,000,000"

The full amount of works of art and large Emotion auctioned during the gala amounted to PLN 12 780,000 and managed to collect it in a evidence time of 1.5 hours! Thanks to the private donation of Rafał Brzoski, who, like last year, doubled the full amount of the bidding, managed to get PLN 25,560.000. The spectacular consequence besides consisted of bricks worth PLN 2,412,000, purchased by many donors during the ball and an additional amount of PLN 400,000 paid by guests outside the auction. The full amount obtained during the large Charitative Auction 2023, or 28,372,000 zł will definitely increase, due to the fact that the proceeds from auctioning works online will be added to the pool.

A benefactor matrimony usually helps children, disfellowshipped and sick. This time the aid is mainly intended for children from Africa and Ukraine.

“We hoped to beat last year’s score, but we did not think we could rise specified a gigantic amount! We are arrogant that our guests have proven their hearts large for the second year in a row. Young Polish business has stepped up and showed how united and mature it is in terms of helping and philanthropy. It can connect in a good origin and work together to change the planet for the better”

A lottery like it wasn't!

On 5 June at the Orangier of the Palace in Wilanów Omena Mensah and Rafał Brzoska together with Monika and Patrick Urban (♪ I'm a man of my own ♪) and friends of the foundation announced the launch of the large Lottery Top Charity. Through tiny deposits – lottery bricks cost PLN 100 – they want to affect and encourage most of the population to support aid projects. Each brick takes part in a draw of exceptional prizes. "June 3 on Siepomaga.pl website we started the large Charity Lottery Top Charity. The income from bricks will be donated to support the Omena Foundation, which under the Philanthropic Consortium supports foundations of lower local scope"

The evening was celebrated, among others, by shows of dance group Next Dance Tomasz Barański, performances of string quartet and Tarkowski Orchestra under the baton of Jack Tarkowski. A musical surprise was the Alphaville band's concert, which performed the biggest hits on stage.
