Poland made a preliminary declaration to the European Commission for the acquisition of a debt under the EU SAFE programme - said the head of MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. As he pointed out, any EUR 45 billion of projects were collected to participate in the programme. However, the final allocation depends, inter alia, on the number of applications submitted by associate States.
