Poland among the beneficiaries of the defence clause – up to 1.5% of GDP more per military

Countries that will gain greater flexibility in defence spending are Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary.
