"Donald Tusk visited the mediocre village in Podkarpacie. He meets with the mayor and asks what are the 3 biggest problems of the region.
“The first thing is simply a hospital,” says the mayor. The building is, but there are no doctors.
Tusk pulls out his phone, talks for a while and says:
Done. There'll be doctors next week.
– The second thing is water – the mayor pulls. – The water is, but the sawmill above the town polluted streams and shots.
Tusk reaches for the telephone again, and after a fewer short sentences he says to the phone:
Done. In a month, they'll be doing a full remediation here, and the mill will pay compensation to the residents.
– And the 3rd case? – Tusk asks.
The mayor sighs:
The 3rd is mobile phones. There is no full range.”
