Farada Group specializes in VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) average and long-range platforms and has experience in regular BVLOS flights (outside the operator's sight range), including medical logistics and critical infrastructure protection. As a consequence of the transactions covered, JRH will get shares in Farada Group Sp. z o.o. and Farada Sp. z o.o. yet Farada Sp. z o.o. will become a subsidiary of Farada Group and JRH will scope 58% of shares in Farada Group.
