The largest beneficiary of the offset will be Military Aviation Plant No. 1 in Łódź, which will become the central competence centre for Apache service in Poland. Under the contracts signed, the plants will be able to service key components of the helicopter, including guidance and mark guidance systems. In parallel, the WZL-1 branch in Dęblin will take over the operation of the T700-701D turboshaft engines, as well as the drive units utilized in another platforms specified as Black Hawk helicopters. An crucial component of the agreement is besides the transfer of competence in the field of diagnostics and repair of Longbow fire control radars, which will importantly increase the operational autonomy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland.
