Poland will scope the highest budget deficit since 1989. Is that bad? Not necessarily

According to estimates of the Ministry of Finance, the planned deficit for 2025 will be almost PLN 300 billion, i.e. 7.3% of Poland's GDP. It is nominally the highest deficit since 1989!
