Polish turn science: Rectors call for a strategical plan for universities

Rectors of Polish universities during the gathering with Prime Minister Donald Tuski stressed that the deficiency of a coherent strategy and low backing of discipline undermine the competitiveness of Poland. They call for a government-based improvement strategy based on discipline and the introduction of fresh backing mechanisms for higher education.
