Poland and Italy are pushing the ETS. Brussels announces amendments

The suspension of the ETS at the EU summit did not happen, but countries specified as Poland and Italy have won the individual approach to each country's industry, as well as the improvement of the mechanism, which will enable them to respond more frequently to and reduce the increase in CO2 emanation allowances.
