Poland and Ukraine – we can inactive number on a breakthrough

For more than 2 years, Poles have been actively active in providing assistance to Ukraine: both at human and diplomatic level. At the same time, the Republic has not yet sufficiently clearly communicated to Kiev what bilateral relations with Ukraine it expects. Ukraine inactive does not realize the function of Poland for its future.
