The Polish Robert Schuman Foundation will arrange for a substantive expert gathering to be held during the task “School of Representation and Social Participation”, co-financed by the European Funds for Social improvement Programme 2021-2027.
Topics of the planned meeting: Advocacy at national level. The most crucial regulations and strategy of the legislative process in Poland.
The gathering will be held in Warsaw on 3 October 2025.
Note: the contracting authority reserves the right to change the time limit after the question has been resolved, in agreement with the contractor.
Meeting time: 2 hours. Number of participants planned: respective people.
The Contractor's task will be to:
- Preparation of a substantive gathering on the subject, including the improvement of educational material for participants (e.g. multimedia presentation).
- The aim of the gathering will be to increase the spokes skills of those active in the activities of NGOs.
Criteria for the evaluation of tenders:

- Price – max 50% (price of the cheapest offer / / price of the surveyed offer x weight 50%).
- Substantive competence – max. 50%
Cooperation stakeholders are invited to submit offers. To be sent:
- Completed and signed attached an offer form.
- Signed attached statement on the absence of conflicts of interest and the non-exclusion of sanctions for Ukraine aggression.
- GDPR clause completed and signed by persons who are listed in the offer as providing training.
