Pesa Bydgoszcz concluded an investment agreement concerning the acquisition of 100% shares of German tram maker HeiterBlick from Leipzig. The agreed terms of the transaction are planned to be fulfilled in the first 4th – said the Bydgoszcz mill on Friday.
