Polish company tops! TEU agrees with the Polish company in the dispute with the EC

Smart Kid, a Polish company that manufactures kid safety devices in cars called Smart kid Belt, achieved a spectacular triumph against (TSEU) in a dispute with the European Commission. The company claims that the EC is trying to exclude it from the marketplace under force from the powerful car seat industry.
