Poland plans to build the largest army in Europe and allocates evidence 4.7% of GDP to defence, more than the US. Ambitious investments are accompanied by difficulties – from deficiency of staff and debt to accusations of nepotism and corruption in the state-owned arms manufacture – writes the Follow the Money portal, reminding Bartłomiej Misiewicz.
