The Polish Parliamentary Club 2050 recommended Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz for the position of Deputy Prime Minister. According to TVN24.pl portal, the decision was made on Monday evening during the parliamentary club meeting.
The portal citing unofficial information from the gathering reported that the candidate was amazed by the consequence of the vote. "Katarzyn Pełczyńska-Nałęcz was shocked that she had so fewer MPs behind her" - says TVN24.pl.
Final decision before the National Council
The final decision on the advice is due on Tuesday during the gathering of the National Council of Poland 2050. This organization organ will decide whether the candidacy of Pełczyńska-Nałęcz will be officially presented.
