Yesterday, I gave an example of an announcement for the position of prof. at the PAN Institute. Space requirements and a wage akin to the wage of a saleswoman in Ladybug.
What makes me peculiarly upset is the large government plans for semiconductor technologies. large plans, and a prof. in this field is paid approx. PLN 6100 per hand per month.
If the prof. earns PLN 6100, how much should his/her doctorate earn? In the world, this is at least 3 times less, which is little than PLN 2000. Ridiculous?
Of course it's absurd.
