Trump's customs policy hits the wall. Court: Most tariffs are illegal

The Washington Court of Appeal ruled on Friday by 7 votes to 4 that most of the duties imposed by the Donald Trump administration were illegal. The decision mainly concerns the alleged ‘reciprocal’ duties introduced in April, as well as separate tariffs for goods from China, Canada and Mexico.
