According to Andrzej Rozenek, erstwhile MP and deputy editor-in-chief of the weekly “NIE” by Jerzy Urban, “it needs to be cut down before the ulcer grows to the size we cannot handle.”
Andrzej Rozenek – MP of the 7th and 9th word of the Sejm, politicians including the Palikot Movement, the SLD and the PPS – called on Grzegorz Braun's organization to be delegated in the programme “The Morning Bishop”. According to the policy, it is simply a “racist” group and “sowing hatred” and a constitutional work to resolve it.
Rozenek claims that Article 13 of the Constitution applies in this case, according to which "the existence of political parties and another organisations referring in their programmes to totalitarian methods and practices of acting Nazism, fascism and communism, as well as those whose programme or activities presuppose or licence racial and national hatred, the usage of force to gain power or influence State policy, or provides for the secrecy of structures or membership".

On the question of whether the fresh Minister of Justice, Waldemar Żurek, should start the process of delegalising the Confederation of the Polish Crown, Rozenek replied: “Yes, Minister Żurek should start the process of delegalising this party. This should be cut before this ulcer grows to the size we can no longer cope with."
He further compared Braun's "Koron" to Adolf Hitler's National Socialist Workers' organization (NSDAP) party. In his opinion, if in the 1930s individual "cut" the career of the Nazis, there would have been no planet War II.
“You gotta realize work for what you do. And this work is that it counteracts, prevents. And this work is, among another things, that it counteracts, prevents. A wave of nationalism, fascism, neofascism must be prevented. I don't see any another way out," he stressed.
