PiS politicians have underestimated reports that Catherine Tusk is to have the position of victim in the
Pegasus affair. PiS MP Krzysztof Szczucki said that by eavesdropping on suspicious persons, it is always possible to evidence something that has no criminal character. Ko Witold Zembaczyński, on the another hand, assessed that this was about surveillance of the environment of Donald Tusk, not catching criminals.
