Political Earthquake in Germany: president Ready to Dissolve Parliament

After the collapse of Germany's ruling coalition, president Frank-Walter Steinmeier said on Thursday he was ready to dissolve parliament and pave the way for fresh elections. He called on all parties to be liable and reasonable.
