President Karol Nawrocki has already twice submitted a draft of regulations to the Sejm amending the IPN Act and the Criminal Code on the prosecution of CNS-UPA ideology. The 2 proposals made are the same, which could consequence in delaying work on them and, ultimately, a procedural rejection.
