Over the past decade, the working conditions of professionally active Polish women have deteriorated. However, their situation is better compared to women in Germany, large Britain, Canada, the USA and many another countries. This is the consequence of the latest edition of the "glass ceiling index" - a study by "The Economist", which summarises the situation of working women in OECD countries, including Poland.
