Jarosław Kaczyński referred at a press conference on Wednesday to the words of American General Keith Kellog. The president of the Law and Justice organization announced powerfully that if the candidate Karol Nawrocki, supported by his group, was elected president, he would surely not agree to send Polish troops to Ukraine.
