A Polish soldier with no shoes on? Kosiniak-Kamish answers Zandberg

The head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz replied in TOK FM to Adrian Zandberg's question about whether Polish soldiers gotta buy their own shoes. He said it was "complete ignorance." He said they "get the full uniform" plus the means "to buy the equipment that would suit them more."
