What is the state doing to make digital competences?", during which Dr. Michał Boni, Deputy Minister Katarzyna Lubnauer; Deputy Minister of Digitization Paweł Olszewski; Marek Gzik, Secretary of State in the Ministry of discipline and Higher Education and Dr. Eng. Radosław Nielek discussed the challenges in the context of learning digital skills.
