Polish SAFE – phase one, i.e. all the large purchases [REPORT]

As part of the first phase of spending funds from the European SAFE mechanism, Poland spent almost PLN 130 billion. This amount was included in 38 fresh contracts and 12 annexes to previously concluded agreements. We have collected all available data on this subject – both public and non-public.
