Polish civilian service under scrutiny. NIK reveals audit results

Lack of people willing to work, advanced requirements and inadequate salaries, underfunding of offices or outdated HR management programs - these are the main conclusions of NIK after the audit of the civilian service. The peculiar conference was attended by the president and vice-president of NIK Marian Banaś and Jacek Kozłowski, as well as the auditors liable for the prepared analyses.
