Polish model of artificial intelligence PLLuM becomes a key tool in the digitisation of public administration. According to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the pilot implementation will take place this year. The task has more than just modernising offices, but besides reduce Poland's dependence on abroad technologies. Does this mean that officials will be replaced by AI?

Poland AI in administration – revolution or threat?

Ministry presented eighteen models of Polish artificial intelligence, dedicated, among others, to public and business institutions. Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski stresses that this initiative is simply a key step in building the country's technological independence. First PLLuM will be implemented in mCitizen application and elected offices.

The goal is to make intelligent assistantswho speed up petent support, answering questions and helping to settle matters online. This solution may peculiarly relieve the municipal officeswho are struggling with staff shortages.

AI assistants already in 2024! What functions will they have?
