"We do not have a mill in Poland that would be able to independently build 155 mm artillery shells. And yet this is 1 of the basic types of ammunition," says Marek Budzisz, an expert on Russia and author of the book "Citizen Army of the Republic of Poland". His diagnosis of the state of national safety leaves no illusions: Poland is dramatically unprepared for a possible conflict. And Russia sees it.
