Polish alternatives to WhatsApp from the military and the government. A breakthrough in service communication

The Cyberspace Defence Forces Component Command (DKWOC) is developing the Merkury 2.0 military communicator in the Public version. A safe tool based on end-to-end encryption is to be used, for m.in example, by the police and fire brigade. Talks are besides underway on integration with the government's mCipher. This messenger is presently utilized by over a 1000 users as part of tests. "I would like mCipher to be mandatory among people and institutions liable for security," says CyberDefence24.pl Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski.
