The intensive operational work of the department's two-year-old officers with car crime, in cooperation with police officers from the Wroclaw Traffic Department, led to the arrest of a 22-year-old Ukrainian citizen. It was taken by a nearly 250 thousand-dollar individual jeep wrangler, stolen in Berlin.
The detained man was moving a stolen vehicle on the A4 motorway towards Wrocław. The findings of the officers led to the tracking and detention of a 22-year-old on the Sub-Wroclaw section of the A4 motorway. The man has already heard allegations from Article 279(1) of the Criminal Code, and the court has decided to place him in custody, where he will spend the next 3 months.
The kind of vehicle and its value are irrelevant, due to the fact that each of them has its owner, for whom its failure creates many problems and unpleasant situations. It is frequently the only means of transport for him, and frequently it besides straight serves commercial purposes.
