Over PLN 1.7 million – so much has been lost since the beginning of the year by residents of Lubuskie Voivodeship, who believed in promises of fast profit or received a call from a "consul". Police are alarming: the number of alleged investment frauds in which criminals usage naivety, haste and increasingly sophisticated methods of manipulation is increasing.
