As tvn24.pl reported, the investigation into whether the then Deputy Minister of interior Affairs and Administration Maciej Wąsik exceeded his powers (Article 231 of the Criminal Code) has been concluded with a decision to discontinue. "The thread concerning Minister Wąsik was decided by the fact that both the police and the army regularly usage their equipment to advance their formations, to encourage people to join the ranks," 1 of the prosecutors explained in an interview with the portal.
