Poles without a career plan. Is the deficiency of company support a major problem?

43 percent of the surveyed workers do not have any professional improvement plan, and only 4% have a clearly defined career way - according to a survey conducted by Talent Solutions ManpowerGroup in 8 countries, including the UK, France and the USA.
