According to CBOS data, as many as 46% of Poles have no savings. This shows not only the scale of the financial problem, but besides a low level of assurance in long-term savings. 1 of the most common reasons is the alleged Belka tax, which has been controversial for years and is referred to by citizens as "punishment for saving". However, the government has prepared a fresh solution, and the bill has already been sent to president Karol Nawrocki.
