41.5 percent of Poles support the restoration of trade on Sunday - according to the latest study by ACE Research. Compared to erstwhile studies, the percent of commercial supporters on Sundays has decreased. How many people voted to ban trade on Sundays?
41.5 percent of respondents were in favour of restoring trade on all Sundays. The opposing return to the state before 1 March 2018, erstwhile the law limiting trade on Sundays entered into force, was 47 percent surveyed. According to experts from UCE Research, the results of the survey would be different if the respondents were asked what they think about the anticipation of re-establishing trade on 1 or 2 Sundays a month. The Act introducing a gradually ban on trade on Sunday entered into force on 1 March 2018. The Law limiting trade on Sundays provides for a catalogue of 32 exemptions.
