Poles and Hungarians are connected by centuries-old bonds of friendship. Although this message sounds like a hackneyed slogan from the times of the People's Republic of Poland, it is not far-fetched in any way. past confirms that Poles and Hungarians have truly had respect and sympathy for each another for centuries. The seeds of our relationship were the military anti-German alliances established in the 11th and 12th centuries, including the defensive pact signed in the autumn of 1108 between Duke Bolesław the Wrymouth and the Hungarian King Coloman the Scholar.
