Poland will spend PLN 200 billion on defense. Money alone will not solve the problem

Global spending on armaments has almost doubled, but arms manufacturers are increasingly not keeping up with the fulfilment of orders. There is simply a shortage of people, components and production capacity. Experts inform that for Polish it is as crucial as expanding the defence budget to remove these barriers.
