Poland will file a complaint against Mercosur with the CJEU. It was the first in the Union

So far, no associate state has filed a complaint with the CJEU regarding the Mercosur agreement, "Rzeczpospolita" has learned. The Court is only working on the European Parliament's complaint. We will wait up to 20 months for the verdict.
