Poland wants an offset for Apache. What about Lightning?

The U.S. Department of State accepted the sale of AH-64E Apache helicopters to Poland via the abroad Military Sale procedure. The maximum permitted package can be worth up to USD 12 billion. This price would cover almost a 100 Apache and rich packages: arms, logistics and support.
