Poland-USA atomic Bridge Agreement. What do we know about it?

The fresh contract for the implementation of the atomic task is to be a bridge between what has not yet been done and what can already be done within the construction itself. It is to let for flexible implementation of work on the plan and planning of the construction of the power plant, while waiting for the consent for public aid from Brussels.
