The fresh agreement for the implementation of the atomic task is to be a bridge between what has not yet been achieved and what can already be implemented within the framework of the construction itself. It is intended to let flexible implementation of work on the plan and planning of the construction of the power plant, while awaiting the approval of Brussels public aid.
