We are negotiating a fresh treaty with France and hope to sign it in the coming weeks - said the head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, in the Sejm on Wednesday. He besides emphasized that Poland and Germany bear a peculiar work for the safety of Europe.
