Poland sued in the CJEU

The European Commission has taken Poland to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) for failing to implement the Digital Services Act. "Poland has failed to appoint a Digital Services Coordinator and has failed to give him the authority to execute the tasks arising from the Digital Services Act," the EC said in a statement.
