"This is simply a method step. The Commission assumed that it would start with the shortest plans, for the smallest allocation of funds. There is simply a large difference between the plan for little than EUR 50 million and the plan for 43 billion," she said. "Our plan is almost 140 projects described in 300 pages. We knew from the beginning that the EC would request more time to analyse, but we have optimistic signals - we have completed the explanation phase and are waiting for the Commission's decisions" added the Minister.
