Three out of 4 regulations in force in Poland were created in Brussels or during a gathering of an global organisation. It's a slogan, hard to verify. Looking practically – we see hundreds of regulations that changed our lives and were created during closed working groups and global conventions on which Poland is represented by anonymous officials.
