Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with a joint appeal to the European Commission

Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have submitted a joint letter to the European Commission on the introduction of tariffs on fertilizers from Russia and Belarus, the Ministry of improvement and Technology told PAP on Thursday.
