Poland key in military aid to Ukraine

Poland is the support of the West's military aid to Ukraine, and it itself has sent weapons worth $1.7 billion, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin said on Wednesday after a virtual gathering of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group. He besides announced fresh deliveries of HIMARS systems, although he signaled that there may shortly be problems with the availability of missiles for the system.
