On Thursday, the Court of Justice of the European Union ruled that the Polish ban on advertising pharmacies, pharmacy outlets and their activities is against EU law. A complaint against Poland was lodged by the European Commission in 2024. The rules in Poland in the assessment of the TEU are intended to violate freedom of establishment and the provision of services.
