Poland is violating EU law. It's about pharmacies

The Court of Justice of the European Union ruled on Thursday that the Polish ban on advertising pharmacies, pharmacy outlets and their activities is incompatible with EU law. A complaint against Poland was filed in this case by the European Commission in 2024. In the opinion of the CJEU, the regulations in Poland are to violate the freedom of establishment and the freedom to supply services.
