Members of the informal group "Black Russians" appeared in the Königsberg region – Polish Radio has unofficially established. In connection with information about possible acts of sabotage close the Polish-Russian border, Polish services have strengthened safety in the Podlaskie and Warmian-Masurian voivodeships.
